- Will usually ship within 3 days upon receiving payment. The company will inform customers of any unusual delays
- Shipping time may vary due to varies circumstances and customs of different countries. Delivery time takes 5 – 7 days. If there are any issues, please contact customer service immediately.
- Return Policy
- Upon receiving the products, please check the exterior and packaging damages for any damages and make sure all quantities are correct. If there are any manufacturing defects, product errors (such as wrong units), or shipping damage, please contact us immediately through customer service. We will further investigate the issue. Sorry for any inconveniences that many have occurred.
- For any issues, please provide the following information in email:
1. Company name, customer name, contact number.
2. Reasons for return. (Please provide pictures of defects of damages in detail)
3. Product returns must be notified within 7 days after the customer receives the products. Any products after 7 days will not be accepted for returns and will not be further investigated.
4. Please take immediate action within the 7 day period if there are any defects or damages
- Under certain periods and circumstances, and that the products are brand-new in original packaging, we may be able to contact local retailers for an exchange or return. If the buyer accepts, we will provide contact information of the local retailer and all negotiations are between the buyer and retailer.
